3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting content to MENABuilds, you agree that:

• You own the content or have the right to submit it.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You grant MENABuilds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content on the Platform.
• You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Submit spam, duplicate, or low-quality content.

6. Project Submissions

• All submitted projects are subject to review and approval by our moderation team.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
• Projects must be relevant to the MENA builder community and meet our quality standards.
• You are responsible for ensuring that project links and resources remain accessible.

7. Intellectual Property

The MENABuilds name, logo, and platform design are the property of MENABuilds. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. All user-submitted content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these terms.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach our policies.
• Restrict access to features for users who violate community guidelines.
• Take appropriate action against abusive or harmful behavior.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any user-submitted content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MENABuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
